Visit the Host Licensing Portal
Sign in or create a portal account to access licensing e-services.

Complete KYC and KYB in the portal
Provide national ID or passport details, KRA PIN, business name, and address.

Register property and apply
Add property ID, upload evidence, select Tier 1, 2, or 3, then submit.
05
Pay and download your certificate
After review and payment, download your numbered digital licence from the portal.
